Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vip15 platform — including but not limited to the casino, sportsbook, live casino, crash games, and VIP loyalty programme — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and vip15 (the "Platform").
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the vip15 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. vip15 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, players will be notified via their registered email address or by an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by vip15, including any mobile-optimised versions of the platform accessible via Android or iOS browsers. They apply equally to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh — whether you are accessing vip15 from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
The vip15 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering on vip15, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow underage individuals to gamble, and vip15 takes its obligations in this regard with the utmost seriousness.
As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, vip15 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point before or after a deposit is made. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility criteria to maintain an active vip15 account:
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register as players.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of vip15 services, including real-money betting and the VIP loyalty programme, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vip15 will never ask you to share your password with any member of its support team. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact vip15 support immediately at [email protected]. vip15 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
Account verification (KYC) is a mandatory step for all players before a withdrawal can be processed. The verification process requires submission of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity — valid NID card, passport, or government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of Address — utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and Bangladesh address.
- Proof of Payment Method — screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.
vip15 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players who complete KYC verification gain access to higher withdrawal limits and expedited processing times. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within one to three hours for fully verified accounts. VIP Gold and above members benefit from 30-minute target processing during BST business hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer to City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or Dutch-Bangla Bank may take one to three business days. vip15 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily extend processing times.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 via any supported payment method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 to any supported payment method.
- Withdrawals processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits (anti-money-laundering requirement).
- vip15 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational or business expenses.
- Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified payment account will be held pending additional verification.
- All amounts in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for vip15 deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
- Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- vip15 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus credited to an account where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of hedging bets, arbitrage strategies, or the exploitation of bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
- VIP cashback and tier rewards are calculated on net losses (real money wagers only) and are credited as withdrawable cash unless stated otherwise.
- Standard wagering: 30x bonus amount (unless stated).
- Slots: 100% wagering contribution (varies for other games).
- One bonus claim per player/household/IP/payment method.
- Bonus expiry: 7-30 days from credit date.
- Bonus abuse results in account closure and forfeiture.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the vip15 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting market, as published within the respective game interface or sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for that particular game or market.
For cricket and other sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral matches, vip15 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or adjust odds in the event of exceptional circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, player injury affecting match outcome, technology failure, incorrect odds publication, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's real money balance at the original stake amount.
- All bets are final once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled by the player after placement except through the cash-out feature where available.
- Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits are published per market and game within the vip15 platform interface.
- vip15 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout for any individual player or account at its sole discretion.
- In the event of a system error or technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, vip15 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
- Collusion, match fixing, use of automated betting systems (bots), and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- All game outcomes on vip15's RNG-based games (slots, table games, crash games) are determined by certified random number generators and are entirely independent of previous outcomes.
- Bets are final once confirmed — no cancellation except via cash-out.
- Voided bets: original stake returned to real money balance.
- System errors may result in void bets and stake returns.
- Bots, automation, and collusion = account closure + forfeiture.
- RNG outcomes are certified independent and non-manipulated.
- In-play odds are live — network delay is the player's risk.
Responsible Gaming Obligations

Account Closure & Termination
Players may request the closure of their vip15 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted by players will be processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have been completed or the bonus has been forfeited by the player. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
vip15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- Use of automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the vip15 platform.
- Evidence of collusion, match fixing, or any form of cheating.
- Bonus abuse, including the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
- Failure to pass KYC age or identity verification within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or lawful request from a competent authority.
Upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, vip15 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is confirmed, balances will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities. vip15 will cooperate fully with all lawful investigations and will not be liable to the player for any losses arising from such cooperation.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the vip15 platform, shall be interpreted in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law. vip15 makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in this document. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vip15 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or the unavailability of any game or market.
